Oriental Foundry Gets ₹630.6 Cr Indian Railways Wagon Order

Oriental Rail Infrastructure Ltd announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Oriental Foundry Private Limited, has received an amended order from Indian Railways for the manufacture and supply of 1,560 BOXNS Wagons. This is an increase of 360 wagons from the previous order. The total contract value for the amended order is ₹630.61 crore (₹630,61,39,008), inclusive of GST. The delivery period for the additional 360 wagons is up to June 11, 2027. Payment terms include 90% upon inspection certificate and proof of dispatch, with the balance 10% after receipt and acceptance.
