Oriental Hotels Ltd. Announces FY26 Annual Report and AGM Details

Oriental Hotels Limited has released its Annual Report for the fiscal year 2025-26. The company will hold its 56th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. IST, conducted via Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means (VC/OAVM). The Annual Report and AGM notice are being distributed electronically to shareholders with registered email addresses, in compliance with MCA circulars and SEBI Listing Regulations. Physical copies or weblinks will be sent to shareholders without registered emails. The report includes financial statements (standalone and consolidated), management discussion, corporate governance, and business responsibility reports.
