Oriental Rail Infra Partners Russia's UWC for Tech Development

Oriental Rail Infrastructure Limited (ORIL), through its subsidiary Oriental Foundry Private Limited (OFPL), has signed a Technology Development Agreement with Russia-based United Wagon Company's (UWC) design and engineering arm, VNICTT. The agreement focuses on the design and development of a 25-tonne axle-load bogie and a solid-bottom gondola car. This collaboration aims to enhance ORIL's product portfolio and capabilities in freight rolling stock by leveraging VNICTT's specialized expertise.
