The order entails the manufacturing, supply, and installation of 27 sets of coach seats for various MEMU/DMC/NDMC coach types. Payment terms include an 80% advance on the supply portion upon inspection and provisional receipt, with the remaining 20% of supply and 100% installation charges payable after acceptance by the consignee.
