Oriental Rail Infrastructure Secures Order Worth Rs 1.64 Crores from Integral Coach Factory, Indian Railways

Oriental Rail Infrastructure Ltd has disclosed under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR, 2015, that it has secured an order worth Rs 1.64 Crores from Integral Coach Factory (ICF), Chennai, Indian Railways. The order is for the supply and installation of 5 sets of one coach set of Chair Car Seats for Train Set MC, TC, MC2 Coaches. The delivery is to be made to Depot/ICF, Chennai, and 100% payment is to be received against receipt, inspection, and acceptance of goods by the consignee. The order is to be executed by May 04, 2025, and does not fall under related party transactions.
