Oriental Trimex Closes Trading Window for Q1 FY27 Results

Oriental Trimex Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window to approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The window will be shut for designated persons, directors, KMPs, officers, and their immediate relatives from July 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the results are publicly disclosed. This measure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, to prevent insider trading. The company will announce the date of the board meeting to approve these results in due course.
