Ortin Global Ltd has received a disclosure under Regulation 29(1) & 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 from Suresh Gadalay. Gadalay, along with his wife Kamal Gadalay and son Aditya Gadalay, has acquired 31,640 shares of the company on 23rd February 2026, resulting in the shareholding reaching the threshold limit of 5% of the paid-up share capital of the company. The total equity share capital of the company is 8,13,13,920 divided into 81,31,392 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each. The total diluted share/voting capital of the company after the acquisition is also 8,13,13,920 divided into 81,31,392 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
