Gopal Bhatter and Gopal Bhatter HUF (PAC), identified as part of the promoter group, disclosed the acquisition of 1,032,591 equity shares, representing a 31.30% stake, in Oscar Global Ltd. This off-market transaction, executed on March 30, 2026, as per a Share Purchase Agreement and Open Offer, increased their total holding from 12.54% (414,112 shares) to 43.84% (1,446,703 shares) of the company's total equity share capital. The disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
