Oscar Global: Karan Kanika Verma ceases as MD

Mr. Karan Kanika Verma has ceased to be the Managing Director of Oscar Global Ltd, effective from the closure of business hours on April 30, 2026. His departure is due to the completion of his extended tenure. Mr. Verma had initially tendered his resignation effective April 10, 2026, but the Board of Directors approved a 20-day extension of his tenure until April 30, 2026, in the interest of the company. He is not related to any existing board directors.
