Oscar Global Reschedules EGM for Preferential Issue

Oscar Global Limited has rescheduled its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) from October 20, 2026, to October 30, 2026. The EGM, to be held via Video Conferencing, will seek shareholder approval for a proposed preferential issue of equity shares. This includes issuance for both cash consideration and by way of share swap, as previously approved by the Board on September 23, 2026. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged from the earlier intimation.
