Nimesh Singh Acquires 73.52% Stake in Oseaspre Consultants

Nimesh Sahadeo Singh has acquired 1,47,043 shares, representing 73.52% of the total share capital, in Oseaspre Consultants Ltd. The acquisition occurred through an off-market purchase between November 2nd and November 4th, 2026, at a price of Rs. 48/- per share. This transaction was executed in accordance with a Share Purchase Agreement dated September 18th, 2026. Prior to this acquisition, Nimesh Singh held no shares in the company. The disclosure was made under Regulation 18(6) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
