Nowrosjee Wadia and Sons Limited, on behalf of the Promoter Group of Oseaspre Consultants Limited, has disclosed a sale of 1,06,293 equity shares, representing 1.50% of the total share capital. The transaction was an off-market sale executed on September 18, 2026, with the shares being sold on November 2, 2026. Following the sale, the Promoter Group's holding in Oseaspre Consultants has reduced from 53.45% to 51.95%. The total equity share capital of the Target Company is 2,00,000 shares.
