Osiajee Texfab: 3 Independent Directors Resign, 3 Appointed

Osiajee Texfab Ltd announced the acceptance of resignations from three Independent Directors: Mr. Ankur Verma, Mr. Akash Rai, and Ms. Sunita Devi, effective August 24, 2026. Concurrently, the company appointed three new Additional Directors, Non-Executive and Independent: Ms. Dolly Seth, Ms. Gurmeet Kaur, and Mr. Karan Kumar, also effective August 24, 2026, for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval.
