OsiajeeTexfab Appoints Secretarial & Internal Auditors

OsiajeeTexfab Limited's Board of Directors, at its meeting on May 28, 2025, approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the half-year and financial year ended March 31, 2025. The Board also approved the appointment of M/s JPM & Associate LLP as Secretarial Auditors for five financial years (2026-27 to 2030-31), subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, M/s. Rajan Beri & Associates, Chartered Accountants, were appointed as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27.
