Oswal Agro Mills Limited announced the appointment of M/s. Raj Gupta & Co., Chartered Accountants, as its Internal Auditors for the Financial Year 2026-27. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on August 07, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. The company also approved the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, and recommended the appointment of Mr. Shael Oswal as Managing Director for a period of 3 years, subject to shareholder approval.
