Oswal Agro Mills Board Meeting on Nov 4 to Consider Un-audited Results, Interim Dividend

Oswal Agro Mills Limited has announced a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for November 4, 2026. The meeting will inter alia consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the 2nd Quarter/Half year ended September 30, 2026, along with the Limited Review Report. Additionally, the Board will consider and declare the payment of an Interim Dividend for FY 2026-27 and fix the record date for the same. The trading window for designated persons will remain closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
