Oswal Greentech Appoints Scrutinizer for 44th AGM

Oswal Greentech Limited announced the appointment of M/s Anuj Gupta & Associates, Practising Company Secretaries, as the scrutinizer for its upcoming 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The Board of Directors also approved the appointment of BGMG & Associates as Statutory Auditors to fill a casual vacancy and for a term of five years. The 44th AGM is scheduled for September 29, 2026, to be held via Video Conferencing. The register of members and share transfer books will be closed from September 22 to September 29, 2026, for the AGM.
