Oswal Leasing Ltd to Approve Unaudited Financial Results for Q3 and Nine Months Ended December 31, 2025

Oswal Leasing Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/02/2026 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The meeting will be held at the Registered Office of the Company situated at 105, Ashoka Estate, 24, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi-110001. The Company has also informed that the Trading Window for trading/dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from Thursday, January 01, 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results.
