Oswal Yarns Closes Trading Window for Q2 FY27 Results

Oswal Yarns Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for the quarter ended September 30, 2026. This measure, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, restricts trading in the company's equity shares for promoters, directors, key managerial personnel, designated employees, connected persons, and their immediate relatives. The window will remain closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the said quarter. The date of the board meeting to consider these results will be announced later.
