Trading Window Closure Notice by Oval Projects Engineering Ltd

Oval Projects Engineering Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in securities of the company. This closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure will be effective from April 01, 2026, and will remain in force until 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the half year and Financial Year ended on March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the consideration and declaration of the Audited Financial Results will be intimated in due course.
