Ovobel Foods Appoints Ashwani Kumar Arora to Senior Management

Ovobel Foods Ltd has designated Mr. Ashwani Kumar Arora, General Manager – Operations, as a member of its Senior Management Personnel (SMP) / Core Management Team. This appointment is effective from September 1, 2026. Mr. Arora, who has been with the company since 2016, brings over 21 years of experience in Dairy Processing, Food Manufacturing, and Operations. He will continue in his existing role as General Manager – Operations. This move aligns with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
