Ovobel Foods Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure for Directors, Promoters, and Employees

Ovobel Foods Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all Directors, Promoters, KMP's, other Designated Persons/Employees, and their immediate relatives. The closure is in accordance with the Clause 4 of the Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from 01 January 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter ending on 31 December 2025.
