He has been engaged as a Consultant from July 20, 2026, to leverage his expertise in the Sales function. The company clarified that despite the change in employment status, he continues to be part of the senior management personnel and heads the Sales function, with no cessation from his role. The disclosure was made belatedly due to an inadvertent oversight.
