Oxford Industries: Open Offer Completed, Promoters Reclassified

Oxford Industries Limited announced the successful completion of its Open Offer made by Mr. Saroj Kumar Choudhury to public shareholders on September 18, 2026. Following this, several existing promoters, including Ali Mazhar Laila and Mazher N Laila, have been reclassified as public shareholders as per SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. These individuals no longer hold control, management involvement, special rights, or board representation in the company. Mr. Saroj Kumar Choudhury now holds 46.46% of the company's shares as the sole promoter.
