Oxygenta Pharmaceutical Approves Q3 and Nine Months Financial Results for 2025, Re-constitutes Internal Complaints Committee

Oxygenta Pharmaceutical Ltd. has approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025. The company's income from operations stands at Rs. 3,393.09 lakhs for Q3 and Rs. 14,2461 lakhs for the nine months period. The total expenses for the same periods are Rs. 6,348.07 lakhs and Rs. 61,0921 lakhs respectively. The profit from operations before other income and exceptional items for Q3 is Rs. 2,094.69 lakhs and Rs. 1,055.22 lakhs for the nine months period. The company has also re-constituted its Internal Complaints Committee under The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013.
