Virupaksha Organics Limited has acquired a total of 50,88,800 (13.76%) equity shares of Oxygenta Pharmaceutical Limited on April 227, 2025. The acquisition was made off-market as per the Share Purchase Agreement and Memorandum of Understanding dated September 30, 2024. The total equity share capital of Oxygenta Pharmaceutical Limited before and after the acquisition remains the same at Rs. 36,98,35,000.
