Pace Digitek Board Meeting on Aug 5 to Approve Q1 FY27 Results

Pace Digitek Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 5, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The meeting will also review the Limited Review Report from the company's statutory auditors. Concurrently, the trading window for company securities will remain closed from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results are declared, to prevent insider trading.
