Pace Digitek Ltd Incorporates Subsidiary 'Pace Eco planet Solace Private Limited' for MSPGCL Order Execution

Pace Digitek Ltd has incorporated a new subsidiary named 'Pace Eco planet Solace Private Limited' with CIN: 'U27201KA2026PTC213616'. The subsidiary, which was incorporated on January 05, 2026, will act as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for the execution of an order received from Maharashtra State Power Generation Company Limited (MSPGCL). The SPV will be engaged in the manufacturing, assembling, purchasing, importing, exporting, and otherwise dealing in all types of cells, batteries, energy generation conversion and gadgets, including power storage devices, devices, appliances, equipment’s and products, packs, power supplies; generators, solar panels, chargers and sub-assemblies, components, parts and accessories thereof in the Renewable Energy Sector. The incorporation of the subsidiary was approved by the Registrar of Companies of Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Central Registration Centre.
