Pace Digitek partners NEC XON for exclusive BESS distribution in Africa

Pace Digitek Ltd, with its subsidiary Lineage Power Private Limited, has formed an exclusive Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partnership with NEC XON Systems Proprietary Limited. Under this agreement, NEC XON will exclusively market, distribute, and deploy Pace Digitek's Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and related energy solutions across South Africa, Botswana, Mozambique, Namibia, and Mauritius. This partnership marks a significant step in Pace Digitek's international expansion, enabling entry into high-growth African markets through an established regional partner. Pace Digitek will focus on product development and manufacturing, while NEC XON will handle market access and deployment, combining their strengths to address the increasing demand for grid-scale energy storage in Africa.
