Pace Digitek Subsidiary Signs BESS Supply MOU

Pace Digitek Limited announced that its material subsidiary, Lineage Power Private Limited, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with M/s. Onward Solar Power Private Limited and M/s. Kalpa Power Private Limited. The agreement is for the supply of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), including various components like DC Blocks, C&I BESS cabinets, Residential BESS, PCS, EMS, and battery containers. Both counterparties are domestic entities. The MOU does not involve any shareholding or related party transactions. Financial details are to be determined by the commercial terms of the MOU.
