Pace E-Commerce Ventures Director Retires by Rotation

Pace E-Commerce Ventures Ltd announced that its Members, at the 11th Annual General Meeting held on September 29, 2026, approved taking note of the retirement of Mr. Harshal Chandrakant Gala, Non-Executive Director. Mr. Gala retires by rotation as per Section 152(6) of the Companies Act, 2013, and has expressed his intention not to seek re-appointment. The company has submitted the voting results of the AGM separately as per Regulation 44(3) of SEBI Listing Regulations. Further details as required by SEBI regulations are enclosed as Annexure I.
