Grand Oak Canyons Distillery Ltd Closes Trading Window for Quarter and Year Ended on 31st March 2026

Grand Oak Canyons Distillery Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all Designated Persons and specified Connected Persons as per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015. The closure will be in effect from 1st April, 2026, till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2026. The date of consideration of the audited Financial Results will be intimated in due course.
