Grand Oak Canyons Distillery Ltd has submitted an undertaking stating that Regulation 32 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 is not applicable to the company for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. This is because the company has not yet commenced the issuance process for the 206,70,00,000 Unlisted 2% Non-Convertible Preference shares, amounting to ₹2,067,00,00,000/-, which were approved by shareholders in the AGM held on September 26, 2026. Regulation 32 requires listed entities to report deviations in the use of proceeds from public, rights, or preferential issues.
