Pacific Industries Ltd Board Approves FY26 Annual Report, Sets AGM Date

Pacific Industries Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 26, 2026, approved the Board of Directors Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The board also appointed M/s Ronak Jhuthawat and Co. as Scrutinizers for e-voting for the 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is scheduled for September 23, 2026, to be held via VC/OAVM. The company will close its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books from September 16 to September 23, 2026, for the AGM. Physical copies of the Annual Report will not be printed in compliance with SEBI and MCA circulars.
