Pact Industries Appoints Koul Vijh Associates as New Statutory Auditors

Pact Industries Ltd announced a change in its statutory auditors following the resignation of M/s Sanjeev Raj & Associates due to other professional commitments. The Board of Directors, upon the recommendation of the Audit Committee, has appointed M/s Koul Vijh Associates as the new statutory auditors to fill the casual vacancy. They will hold office until the conclusion of the 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM), after which their appointment for a five-year term will be sought from shareholders. The company also announced the re-appointment of Mr. Harpreet Singh as Managing Director, subject to shareholder approval, and scheduled its 33rd AGM for September 30, 2026.
