Pact Industries: Auditor Resigns, New Auditor Appointed; MD Re-appointed

Pact Industries Ltd announced outcomes of its Board Meeting held on September 7, 2026. The company accepted the resignation of its statutory auditors, M/s Sanjeev Raj & Associates, due to preoccupation. M/s Koul Vijh Associates has been appointed as the new statutory auditors to fill the casual vacancy until the 33rd AGM, after which a 5-year term will be sought. Additionally, Mr. Harpreet Singh was re-appointed as Managing Director for five years, subject to shareholder approval.
