Pact Industries Ltd: Statutory Auditors Resign, New Firm Appointed

Pact Industries Ltd announced the resignation of its statutory auditors, M/s Sanjeev Raj & Associates, due to professional commitments. The Board of Directors accepted the resignation and, on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, approved the appointment of M/s Koul Vijh Associates as the new statutory auditors. This appointment fills the casual vacancy and will be subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The company also announced the re-appointment of Mr. Harpreet Singh as Managing Director and the schedule for its 33rd AGM.
