Padam Cotton Yarns Appoints New Director, Accepts Resignation

Padam Cotton Yarns Ltd announced board approvals for the appointment of Mr. Dharmesh Mithabhai Patel as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent) effective November 21, 2025, and accepted the resignation of Mr. Anand Manoharlal Kothari from the office of Director (Independent) also effective November 21, 2025. The board also approved the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and decided to raise funds via a Rights Issue, with detailed terms to be decided in a future meeting. Committee re-constitutions were also approved.
