Padam Cotton Yarns Appoints New Statutory Auditor

Padam Cotton Yarns Ltd announced the resignation of its statutory auditors, M/s. SVJK & Associates, effective July 27, 2026. The resignation was attributed to a disagreement over audit fees, citing that the existing fees were not commensurate with the required time, effort, and resources for the company's growing operations and increasing complexity. The Board of Directors, based on the Audit Committee's recommendation and subject to shareholder approval, has appointed M/s. Piyush Kothari & Associates as the new statutory auditor to fill the casual vacancy for the Financial Year 2026-27. They will hold office until the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
