Rathod Manoj Chhaganlal HUF has acquired 6.44% stake in Padam Cotton Yarns Ltd via open market as per the disclosure under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The acquisition took place on 20th March 2026. The total shares acquired by Rathod Manoj Chhaganlal HUF amount to 14,138,963, which is 6.44% of the total and diluted share capital of the company. This acquisition has increased the holding of Rathod Manoj Chhaganlal HUF from 4.85% to 11.30% of the total share capital and voting rights of Padam Cotton Yarns Ltd.
