Padmalaya Telefilms Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window in accordance with the company's 'Code of Conduct for Vegetaling, Monitoring, & Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons & their Immediate Relatives for Disclosure'. The closure is effective from 4 hours after the Board Meeting where the financial results for the quarter and year ending on March 31, 2026 are approved. Trading will resume 48 hours after the approval of the financial results. Designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in the company's equity shares during this period.
