Padmanabh Alloys & Polymers Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window

Padmanabh Alloys & Polymers Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives. The closure is as per the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from 01st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the period ended 31st March, 2026.
