Padmanabh Industries Appoints Ms. Pooja Jain as Company Secretary

Padmanabh Industries Ltd's Board of Directors, at their meeting on April 15, 2026, approved the appointment of Ms. Pooja Jain (ACS: 70393) as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective immediately. The appointment was made based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Ms. Jain holds a Master of Commerce degree and is a qualified Company Secretary with over three years of experience in secretarial work. She has no relation to any Director, Key Managerial Personnel, or Promoters of the company and does not hold any shares in the company.
