Aurique Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on July 15, 2026, to consider and approve the standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The meeting will also address any other business with the chair's permission. Concurrently, the company has closed its trading window from July 1, 2026, and it will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are declared, in compliance with SEBI's insider trading regulations.
