Page Industries Appoints Walker Chandiok as Statutory Auditor

Page Industries Ltd has appointed M/s. Walker Chandiok & Co LLP as the new statutory auditors for a term of five years, commencing from the conclusion of the 31st Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 36th Annual General Meeting. This appointment follows the recommendation of the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors. M/s. Walker Chandiok & Co LLP replaces the retiring auditors, M/s. S.R. Batliboi & Associates LLP, whose second consecutive term of 5 years will conclude at the 31st AGM.
