Paisalo Digital Approves ₹180 Cr Unsecured NCD Issue

Paisalo Digital Limited's Operations and Finance Committee has approved the issuance of up to ₹180 crore in Unsecured Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) through a private placement via an EBP platform. The NCDs will have a face value of ₹1,00,000 each, with a base issue of ₹90 crore and an option to retain oversubscription up to ₹90 crore. The tenure is 119 months and 26 days, with an interest rate of 12.00% per annum, payable quarterly. The proposed allotment date is September 18, 2026. These NCDs will be listed on BSE Limited and are unsecured.
