Paisalo Digital Approves Draft Shelf Prospectus for NCDs Worth ₹90,000 Lakhs

Paisalo Digital Limited has announced the approval of a draft shelf prospectus for the public issuance of secured, rated, listed, redeemable, non-convertible debentures (NCDs). The NCDs will have a face value of ₹1000 each and the total issuance amount is up to ₹90,000 lakhs. This issuance, approved by the Operations and Finance Committee on July 16, 2026, follows a board approval on May 10, 2026. The draft shelf prospectus has been filed with BSE Limited and forwarded to SEBI. This move aims to raise significant capital through one or more tranches.
