Paisalo Digital Closes NCD Public Issue Early

Paisalo Digital Ltd has announced the early closure of its public issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs). The Operations and Finance Committee of the Board of Directors approved the early closure, effective August 17, 2026. The NCD issue was originally scheduled to close on August 20, 2026. This decision was made in compliance with SEBI regulations. The company will publish a newspaper advertisement regarding the early closure in the same publications where the pre-issue advertisement was placed.
