Paisalo Digital Ltd. Allocates 3000 NCDs Worth INR 3 Crore in Private Placement

Paisalo Digital Ltd. has allotted 3000 NCDs with a face value of INR 1 Lakh each, amounting to a total of INR 3 Crore. The NCDs are fully paid, rated, listed, senior, secured, redeemable, taxable, transferable, and non-convertible. The tenure of the instrument is 24 months, with a coupon payment of 8.45% per annum. The NCDs will be secured by a first-ranking exclusive charge on loan receivables, maintaining the security value at 1.10 times the aggregate principal outstanding. The principal amount will be repaid at the end of 24 months from the allotment date. The company's registered and head offices are in New Delhi and Agra, respectively.
