Pajson Agro India Appoints New Statutory Auditor

Pajson Agro India Limited announced the outcome of its board meeting held on June 20, 2026. The board accepted the resignation of M/s P.K. Maheshwari & Co. Chartered Accountants due to a casual vacancy. Following the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the board proposed the appointment of M/s S.S. Kothari Mehta & Co. LLP as the new Statutory Auditors. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) scheduled for July 16, 2026. The new auditors will hold office until the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
